ESTM Tool Kit

The Every StoryTeller Matters Toolkit is a practical and flexible resource designed to support youth workers, educators, and organisations in promoting social inclusion and intercultural dialogue. Developed from real experiences and local activities carried out during the project, it combines innovative methodologies—such as the Human Library, storytelling, and intercultural competence development—with structured guidance for both formal and non-formal educational settings.

Its main objectives are to provide ready-to-use methods and tools that strengthen intercultural competences, encourage inclusive and participatory practices, and equip youth professionals with accessible resources that respond to current social challenges, including those linked to post-pandemic realities.

By offering content in text, visual, and video formats, the Toolkit adapts to different learning needs and contexts. It is an invitation to create inclusive, participatory, and culturally diverse environments where young people can connect, grow, and truly belong.
